| Description |
English: On Tuesday 11th October 2016, the University of Edinburgh's Information Services team ran a Wikipedia edit-a-thon to celebrate Ada Lovelace Day 2016; an international celebration day of the achievements of women in science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).
There was a range of guest speakers in the morning followed by fun technology activities. Thereafter the afternoon's editathon focused on improving the quality of articles related to Women in STEM where 9 new articles were created and 9 improved. |
