English: Panorama from Tower Bridge at dawn. Modified to censor some of the buildings that require Freedom of Panorama, which is under threat due to a proposal in the European Parliament in 2015. In a wide cityscape like this, each individual copyright building could be considered de minimis thus making whole image acceptable even if there is no Freedom of Panorama. However, a crop of this image that concentrates on any particular modern building, would require FoP. |
