I thought that there was already a rejected charity status application,[1] and you're now on to the appeal stage. Is that not correct? 99.35.128.135 15:25, 20 August 2009 (UTC)

The first application was to HMRC, for recognition as a charity for tax purposes, which was rejected. The current application is to the Charities Commission, and is for full recognition as a charity (we couldn't apply to them directly from the start as we didn't meet the £5k financial requirement until recently).
