Strategic Goal 1

Increase the quality and quantity of coverage of subjects that are currently underrepresented on Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia projects

Progress

  • Ran a WWI Editathon event for Gwent Archives in EbbeVale
  • working on detailed Wikidata for the Peniarth Manuscript collection (540 items), which now has UNESCO memory of the world status
  • Improving Wikidata for key events in Welsh history for the Dictionary of Welsh Biography timeline project
  • Request made for High-Res image release of 600 framed artworks
