Train the Trainers

I am pleased to announce that the Train the Trainers event which you have expressed interest in will take place on the weekend of 9-10 June at the Wikimedia UK office, 56 Leonard Street, London EC2A 4LT.

The timings of the training are roughly: Saturday 9:30 am - 6:30pm, Sunday 9am - 5pm. Light breakfast and lunch will be provided; we are also planning to go for a meal after the training on Sunday.

It is vital that you do not miss the start of the training session, so before confirming your availability please do make sure you can make the start time of the training.

We are able to cover travel and sccommodation, including if you need to travel on Friday - an advance notice will be appreciated!

Please reply promptly by emailing daria.cybulska@wikimedia.org.uk (or 0207 065 0994) and confirming your availability - places are limited.

Main page

I hope you don't mind but I moved your template to the Template: namespace and used it to create Main Page/cy. (I also added language tagging with {{language tag}} and a few other little bits and pieces.) I have no ability or authority to get the Welsh Main Page integrated with the rest of the site but I've left a message on the Water Cooler about it. - AdamBMorgan (talk) 12:50, 5 June 2013 (UTC)

Right, the main page and membership page have the language templates. The Welsh main page and membership page are official so are fully protected. You are of course now an admin. Hey just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for your sterling work in translating the pages here :)

I'm working on a new members pack and recruitment leaflet in the coming weeks and I'd really welcome your thoughts on making sure these include welsh case studies of members and a welsh focus - we can work on translating them too so the leaflet in particular is suitable for recruitment in Wales :)
