Recruiting

• Define better London First relationship
  • We want to have regular monthly meetings with them to oversee organisational process and help with procurement and negotiations.
• We probably don't need interns with our full team, probably wait until the bid is won or lost, then comes out of WMUK budget for Wikimania (rather than bid budget).
• Team defined as:
  • Coordinator: Ed Saperia
  • Programme/Partnerships: James Knight
  • Fundraiser: Anastasia Andrianova
  • Venue: Kevin McLaughlin
  • Web: Kimi Lawrie
  • Media/Comms: TBD

• So just a couple of roles left to fill, and these fairly well defined.
• Need to write up better job descriptions
• Do we need to hire as per WMUK hiring guidelines?

• London First fees pending meeting this week
• Budget to be presented in time for 8th September
