Proposed Ordinary Board Resolutions for 2025 AGM

A motion to appoint board members

The Election Rules require an election of board members at this meeting.

This meeting resolves to hold an election in accordance with the Election Rules and to appoint the elected candidates as members of the Board of Trustees.

A motion to note the annual report and accounts

This Meeting resolves that the annual report and accounts be noted.

A motion to set membership fees

The Membership Rules require that the membership fees be reviewed at each AGM.

This meeting resolves to retain the individual and organisational annual membership fees at £1 and £100 respectively.

A motion to appoint auditors

This meeting resolves to appoint Albert Goodman as auditors until the next AGM; and to authorise the directors to determine the auditors' remuneration.
