Wikimedia UK's 2026 AGM will be held online on Saturday, 3rd October.
Meeting Agenda
The meeting formally starts at 10am with staff members online from 9.45. We aim to finish by 11.15am. A Zoom link will be sent to everyone registered on Eventbrite.
10.00am - Welcome and introduction to the AGM, approval of 2025 AGM minutes
10.05am - Board report (Chair)
10.10am - Finance report (Head of Finance and Operations and Honorary Treasurer)
10.15am - Activity report (Chief Executive)
10.20am - Board elections: Short presentations from all candidates, followed by questions from attendees
10.45am - Explanation of process for voting for Resolutions and Board candidates
VOTING OPENS
10.50am - Questions on Reports from the Board and Executive
11.00am - Presentation of Honorary Member Awards
11.10am - VOTING ENDS
11.15am - Thanks and closing remarks from the Chair.
The results of the online vote will either be announced at the end of the meeting or shared by email.
