On item 4. Notice of intended election - as well as a deadline, do we need a minimum period to consider the candidates? Not sure what the norms are here, but I'd imagine something like 10 days? I also added to 'Notice of Intended Election' the stuff on proxy voting by email - but my session had ended before I pressed save. Hi Trabimechanic, thanks for the comments. Your proposals do make sense but I'm afraid the text can't be changed at this point as it forms part of a resolution being brought to the AGM, and proxy voting has already started. The deadline for suggesting changes was 30 June, and I'm sorry that we had neglected to remove the {{draft}} template that was still sitting at the top of the page. --MichaelMaggs (talk) 09:02, 22 July 2015 (BST)
