Background 2011-2012
In October 2012, the WMF and WMUK jointly commissioned a governance review of WMUK following a period in 2011-2012 when Wikimedia UK was criticised for its management of conflicts of interest. A descriptive chronology for 2011-2012, prepared by the independent reviewer, can be read in PDF or DJVU format. Please note that this version of the descriptive chronology has been updated to reflect agreed changes to pages 24 and 25 of the chronology.
