• What's "this policy"? The year 2039 rule, or its removal?
• Why "Wikipedia"? Say Wikimedia projects.
• Q11: I suggest to answer that usage of copyright to protect privacy should not be encouraged.
• Clarity: after reading this text, I have no idea what you're trying to say, other than a) 50 years are a lot, b) new PD stuff is nice, c) simplicity is nice. IMHO the answers to Q8, Q12 and Q13 are not particularly useful (to Wikimedia) or compelling, but I'm not able to judge them; your point should be developed much more in Q3 and Q5, explaining why the current rule is bad and what positive impact a change would have, also via Wikimedia projects. --Nemo bis (talk) 12:33, 26 November 2014 (GMT)
