How many people are you expecting for this event? Is this a captive audience or an open session that people at Marjon will come to? Unless this event is meant for a captive audience (eg. students registered for a particular module) the event organiser/s is/are asked contact me off wiki to get an Eventbrite registration form set up for this event.
