Biography Isabelle is a King's College Graduate (1st in French), joining WMUK for August-September, before beginning a Masters at Oxford University in October. Her event organisation experience includes running a Careers in Languages Speed-Meet event at KCL. This has involved, among other things, reaching out to the underrepresented groups of students to get them more involved in the event. She has been volunteering as a Widening Participation Student Ambassador encouraging pupils from various backgrounds to apply for university, and is very interested in education outreach. She has also been a volunteer Cub Scout pack leader. Her training experience is based on teaching French to high school kids for 6 months. She has not edited Wikipedia before, but believes in the aims and values of Wikimedia UK, and the freedom of access to open content.

My work Supporting the office, particularly the Events Organiser, Comms manager and Office Manager to deliver the ambitious programme of Wikimedia UK. Helping in the day-to-day running of the office and its support of the volunteer community. Supporting the organisation of our Education Conference. In particular support on the day(s), delegate registration, speaker support and all preparation. Working to develop our database through content development and data entry. see more
