Wikipobl Project The Welsh government funded Wicipobl (Wiki-People) project concluded this month. see below for a summery of output.
- 4862 Portraits uploaded to commons on CC-0
- 4862 Wikidata items created using metadata for each image - all data added in English and Welsh
- Held 1 Translate-a-thon
- Held 1 Hackathon
- Welsh Wici Project 'People' created.
- 4 edit-a-thons in Schools (Aaron Morris)
- Report on using Wikipedia in the classroom (Aaron Morris)
- Full Impact report using Europeana's impact playbook.
Wiki literature A grant request has been submitted to the Welsh Government to run a project around the release of data for the entire welsh Bibliography. The project would include releasing large amounts of data to Wikidata, community events, and a program of Educational events lead by Aaron Morris.
Strategic Goal 1
Increase the quality and quantity of coverage of subjects that are currently underrepresented on Wikipedia and the other Wikimedia projects

- 1000 new cy articles created using data combined with human contributions

- Secured Grant from the MY-D Foundation in order to develop a Wikidata powered timeline for the Dictionary of Welsh Biography (Working with Histropedia)
- Arranged presentation on Wikipedia in Libraries for WHELF
- Provided training at 'Data Treaders' - Wikidata in Libraries event in Manchester
- Radio interview for Radio Cymru about Wikipedia and the rise of the internet.
