An introduction
[1]Holtspur FC is a FA Charter Standard Club offering FA certified coaching for the youth of Beaconsfield and surrounding areas. It currently has 300+ players within the Club from ages 6-18.
History
Holtspur was originally founded in 1993 as a single adult team. But, Holtspur FC has re-focused to provide local boys and girls with the opportunity to learn and improve their football skills in a safe and fun environment. Indeed, the Club now boasts teams for age groups ranging from under 7 to 18 years old. In June 2006 Holtspur was formally awarded the status of an FA Charter Standard Club due to the fact it offers professionally trained managers and coaches for all of its teams - all of whom give their time on a completely voluntary basis.
