Meeting Agenda[edit | edit source]
The meeting formally starts at 10 am with staff members online from 9.45. We aim to finish by 11.00 am. A Zoom link will be sent to everyone registered.
10.00 am - Welcome and introduction to the AGM, approval of 2024 AGM minutes
10.05 am - Board report (Chair)
10.10 am - Finance report (Head of Finance and Operations and Honorary Treasurer)
10.15 am - Activity report (Chief Executive)
10.20 am - Board elections: Questions for candidates from attendees
10.35 am - Explanation of process for voting for Resolutions and Board candidates
VOTING OPENS
10.40 am - Questions on Reports
10.50 am - Presentation of Honorary Member Awards
11.00 am - VOTING ENDS
11.00 am - Thanks and closing remarks from the Chair.
The result of the online vote will either be announced at the end of the meeting or shared by email by 6 pm on Saturday, 27th September
