- The technical side of the site is now essentially done. I have successfully donated a penny to WMUK via the donation site and paypal. MP has transferred the site to donate.wikimedia.org.uk ready for it to go live. This is still one bug - paypal expects us to send donors the goods they have paid for, not realising it is a donation. I have failed to fix that...
- If and when we ever find out what the WMF wants to do, I'll find out whether I need to duplicate the fundraising page so we know which donations came from where. That shouldn't take long to do, though, so I don't anticipate a problem there.
- I intend to write the text for the site over the next few days. If people could continue editing http://uk.wikimedia.org/wiki/2009_Winter_Fundraiser#Use_of_funds that would be helpful. We also need to work out what text to give the WMF to put on their site, but we can't do that until we hear back from them.
- I'll then start on a press release. If someone could provide me with a list of everyone we've done interviews for (radio or TV) with contact details, that would help for the stage after that, contacting them to see if they would be interested in another one.
