Effective start of resolution

Will the resolution on increasing board term from 2 years to 3 years affect the trustees to be elected this year? Deryck Chan (talk) 12:27, 6 July 2016 (BST)

Hi @Deryck Chan: the page says "The new periods take effect for trustees who are elected on or after the 2016 AGM" (emphasis added).
