Thanks Mike, I'm concerned that we may be squeezing to much in to what I thought would be a short meeting. The prime reason was to approve new members and do address the Exec paper prepared by Fae.

Have I missed the preparation for

   3: How the chapter works in the community (AT) [1.05pm]
   3.1: Geonotice, uploads etc. (AT) [1.05pm]
   3.2: Involvement in legal disputes - (AT) [1.15pm]

... as I don't understand the context or urgency for these items and I'm not sure the board will either. Maybe its just me.
