The comments from the organisers have been largely positive:

"The response from the team is pretty much as mine: that is, everyone really got a lot out of the afternoon and in principle we’re all keen to make improvements but the time factor is an obstacle. We’re now empowered to make positive changes - especially the nurses, which will drive this venture more into our work time. Overall, I anticipate that we’ll do bits of work from time to time."
