Bearing in mind the many good comments on the UK list & elsewhere, I think it is important to keep this job description flexible, so that it would allow for a more experienced part-timer for the same money. We should also seriously consider a fixed-term contract, perhaps 2 years, given the question marks over what we actually need & the chances of getting it through this job description. I agree that flexibility is the name of the game here, and I think that a significant amount of flexibility has been incorporated within this job description. The contract will naturally depend on the experience, interests and needs of the successful applicant, which can be assessed via the interview and offer processes. Thanks.
