htaccess

We currently use this for most of our domains and subdomains, so migrating away from this may take a little while. But then, we have tended to use fairly simple htaccess documents, so this may not be a big job... Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 00:57, 28 November 2012 (UTC)

Even if every single site is different, requiring me to rework it for Nginx format, it will still only take half a day total. The upside is not having to use Apache :) --ErrantX (talk) 11:19, 28 November 2012 (UTC)
What's wrong with Apache? Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 22:18, 28 November 2012 (UTC)
Outdate/Bloated, harder to configure, painful SSL support, personal preference :) I mean, if Apache is desperately preferred I could install it, but I suspect we'd have to increase server capacity to handle it. --ErrantX (talk) 10:13, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
Fair enough. :-) Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 18:37, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
