Dear all - I see that WMF engineering are proposing a move to Phabricator as their bugtracker of choice - http://fab.wmflabs.org/T39

Could you make time to discuss whether this is something we could consider emulating? I ask because a) We implemented bugzilla to ensure movement consistency and b) Bugzilla is only so-so from an end user perspective - an interface that allowed for better grouping and theming of tasks and timelines would be highly, HIGHLY desirable from a staff member point of you (and, doubtless, some community too)

If you were minded to do this we could ask Tom or Emmanauel to look at the pros and cons in a quick on wiki report (as they have done before) and could decide on implementation based on that.
