Hi. Could you provide a very brief summary (perhaps some broad categories) of what the complaints you've been receiving are about? It would be interesting to know. Is email being tracked or is it tracked somewhere else now? I see responding to email inquiries and complaints as a key indicator for WMUK process quality. --Fæ (talk) 22:32, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
