Please let's
- disentangle education outreach from Wiki training
- avoid really, really long sentences.

Yup. Thanks for starting to tidy up a bit - moving to a new page is a good way to clear out clutter, correct old errors, etc.. A query on a couple of edits to the activities page though, I would revert the following removals.
- "Want to teach others how to edit?" "If you think you could teach other people how to edit we'd love to hear from you! Get in touch over on the For trainers pages and explore how we can support you.".
- "Editing Wikipedia" "Anyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia or its sister projects straight away, and there are resources to help you start. We can provide Markup guides/cheat sheets, Wikipedia Guides, guidance to contribute to Commons, and more."
My feeling is:
- These materials are relevant to the education project and particularly the 2nd provides support for educators when they go it alone
- Educators will want to know there is a training programme they might sign up for if they do step into assignments, etc.
- Pointing to the trainers page might recruit new trainers from those (educators or otherwise) looking to get more involved
- They don't take up that much space (although ideally I'd like a box that's used on both the training portal and here)
