I think this could be a useful blog post, but it would do well to link to projects related to the chapter that have resulted in image collections and co-operations, possibly linking to the categories for the images from these projects - BL, BM, TNA, WLM etc. Unfortunately projects like Geograph have been a bit indirect, though if my proposal gets through, we might list Faebot's work in this area over the past few months as a supported project.

A headline quote from Michael is a bit weak (sorry, the general public will not have their eyes caught using quotes from tame board members or even Jimmy Wales) it might be more powerful to have a supporting quote from Europeana, OKFN or one of our long term partners like the British Library along with a commitment from them for a new Commons/media-based project. Something like "Colin, CEO of The National Archives, says 'Wikimedia Commons is a fantastically engaging resource for journalists and educators world wide. We are delighted to see that the project has reached the milestone of ...'" anyway you get the drift.--Fæ (talk) 17:54, 3 December 2013 (UTC)
