This looks great, thanks all. One of the other things I worry about is how easy it is to find 'what we do' on the Wiki so people have things they can go off and emulate (or get a feel for things they might ask for specific support on). I gave an example on Bugzilla recently: The Barclays work only features in a blog, and the blog isn't searched through the Wiki search function, so it would be hard for any other org to seek out or stumble across info on running such a programme. That's a key part of onboarding, it might also be something where - if we have a clear idea of what's needed - jobs to support this could be added to the volunteer job page. I guess the other thing I wonder about is the extent to which jobs are in Civi in addition to/instead of on Wiki and how that's managed (both seems ideal), and tying jobs to areas (e.g. in education, fundraising, etc.).
