Possible amendment

Given the option, I think I prefer the first alternative amendment text. It seems somewhat softer, but doesn't lose the meaning that we are looking for. Stevie Benton (WMUK) (talk) 12:58, 16 June 2015 (BST)

Tone of media campaign

Much as I am reluctant to go down this route, I think we can make real inroads here in the UK if we focus on how UK citizens could be having rights removed by Brussels. This doesn't sit well here, especially with the right-leaning press. Outlets such as the Express, Telegraph, Times and Mail could be a sensible focus for us. There's also the fact that loss of FoP would restrict the rights of citizens to share their content in the ways they are currently accustomed to, especially through social platforms. I'm not suggesting that we should look to form a wider coalition of parties who might be injured by this restriction - Flickr, Twitter, Facebook, Google - but certainly worth giving it a little bit of thought.
