- DC and AG finalising the agenda to incorporate call for papers and send round for comments for the glamwiki2013 email list.
Done Provisional decisions by 22 February. - Ready by 28 Feb to announce schedule and start promotion. Done
- Saturday could be an open workshop track if we don’t have enough submissions. Really basic sessions, e.g. what is Wikipedia. Done
- EGM needs to be on Saturday straight after the main events - now scheduled
- THATcamp - Being finalised for the Sunday event.
Social events

- London Walking Tour is being organised by DC
- ACTION: DC - put out a call on UK wiki to ask if anyone wants to help with the social events
Doing... - ACTION: DC call for museums - any institution in central London that is keen to do a tour for us -> to Culture24, liaise with Stevie Benton. Done - SB prefers a direct approach.
- British Museum didn’t respond to JB’s query - ACTION: JB to contact again.
Not done - AG chase the BL tour – perhaps lunchtime
