Accessible office - I think that should actually be in there. Harry, I see where you are coming from but it's important that we say it is accessible. It may even encourage those who are less physically able to apply and I think that's a good thing. Stevie Benton (WMUK) (talk) 16:31, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
- I think it will be a lot clearer if it doesn't try to put all the info in one sentence. e.g. "The offices of Wikimedia UK near Old Street in London. These offices are wheel-chair accessible."
- An alternative would be to provide more info on the practicalities of the internship. e.g.
- Office is wheel-chair accessible
- You will report to ... and collaborate with ...
- You will be given access to a desk, laptop .....

- I have expanded it a bit. What do people think? -- KTC (talk) 20:18, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
- I've tweaked things a bit - hope that's OK. It's a shame that an intern is being sought for this sort of work, though, rather than directly involving the community here. :-( Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 22:39, 18 September 2013 (UTC)
- Well, we're looking to hire from the community if possible - but this is really a 35-hour-per-week task that can't be done by volunteers. Part of the problem is that the current volunteers we have simply don't have time to do what they need to do - they've asked that they be given some more help from staff for this.
