OKFest 2014

Hi, I notice that there are scholarships available to attend Open Knowledge Festival 2014. Are details of this are going to be made available at some point? And are these scholarships only available to members of WMUK, or all UK Wikimedians? I should probably join anyway :) Thanks! - User:Lawsonstu
