Apologies if there is an obvious answer I've missed, but what time period will this cover? Jan '12 to Dec '12? Financial year? Will help me in planning 1) Financial details around fundraising and 2) Explaining how our arrangements changed over the course of the year... - The annual report covers the fiscal year, so in this case it will be 1 Feb 2012 until 31 Jan 2013. Thanks. Mike Peel (talk) 14:58, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
- What Mike said! :-) --Stevie Benton (WMUK) (talk) 15:26, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
AH HA - excellent. When will we print and distribute? (ish) Katherine Bavage (WMUK) (talk) 15:57, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
- When it's finished ;-) Joking aside, last year's was published in time for the AGM in May. This year, I'd like it to be ready before then. Depending on content, scale and development, I'd hope it's finished and printed by the end of March. Even given that timeframe, there's still plenty that we can get cracking on now. Thanks. --Stevie Benton (WMUK) (talk) 16:04, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
Hosting/Format
Where will all the multimedia content live? I know it will be on commons, but can there be an annual report page on the UK wiki which collates it somehow, rather than people having to go find separate files? Katherine Bavage (WMUK) (talk) 16:01, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
- The content can be live whenever it's ready, with the exception of things like the Chair and CE welcome videos etc. Once pieces of work are finished, they don't have to be held back (unless they are wildly out of context without the report). They will be hosted on Commons but, of course, collating them in one place is sensible. --Stevie Benton (WMUK) (talk) 16:04, 14 November 2012 (UTC)
